Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ground turmeric
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1 lemon - freshly squeezed
1/2 teaspoon raw honey
Preparation:
1. Boil four cups of water in a pot or tea kettle. Let it sit until almost room temperature.
2. Combine all spices and honey in a pitcher. Pour in lemon juice and add cooled water atop. Mix well. Let it cool in the fridge or add ice. Adjust sweetness as needed.
